What Client’s Say about Nurturing Your Success Coaching:

I met Julie at one of the most difficult times of my life. My job depressed me and stressed me out. I felt “stuck” as if I were standing in quicksand. Julie helped me work through all of these issues. I was able to clarify what I wanted to do with my life and make positive, sweeping changes that made me feel better and act with confidence from a position of strength. I’m happier than I’ve ever been and I feel good about the direction my life is going. I am a different person today. I’m energized, recharged and ready for anything! Julie is an amazing coach. She has a special talent for knowing just what to say and just when to say it so she inspires action, motivation and peace. What a difference! ~Mary O’Connor, Process Improvement & Organizational Development, Wilmington, DE

I can’t thank you enough for your coaching and support over the past two years. I learned so much about myself and others through your guidance. You touch people’s lives and change them for the better. I can only hope that all of your clients will be open to the possibilities of what can be accomplished… ~Nicole Dunning, Director of Talent Acquisition, Panasonic

You made such a difference in the way I think about myself and my business. You helped me understand where I was going wrong in my marketing strategy and gave me more confidence in promoting myself. Sincerely, thank you for your help! ~Anca Wsol, Lake in the Hills, IL

Julie guided me on a life altering journey that has opened doors both literally and metaphorically. My life has not been the same. Hiring Julie brought me the clarity and confidence I needed to believe in myself, to trust myself, and to be my best. ~Kathleen Fallon, RN

Before meeting Julie my life was ‘fine.’  I had a decent paying job and decent relationships – a pretty normal, but unexciting existence.  Julie made me realize that life could be more than just ‘fine.’ With Julie’s help, I’ve moved my life satisfaction from ‘fine’ to ‘great!’ ~Brad Carlson, VP Risk Management, Wyomissing, PA

Through our work I have crystallized my goals and begun realizing them. I didn’t think that I intended to quit my job when we started, but in hindsight, that may have been exactly what I was looking for, someone to recognize that I was wasting my time, talents and life in a dead end situation.  – - You are supportive, caring, and astute (you have a laser-like ability to get to the meat of the matter – like you can see into my head through the phone). You really helped me get a clear perspective of issues in my personal relationships (surprising because these issues were “underground” and unknown to me until I started making changes). You have given me the motivation to quit dreaming and start doing in order to realize at least part of my dream – holding me accountable to myself. ~ Nancy Davenport, APRN, BC, from Director of Nursing to Entrepreneur, Mont Alba, TX

Thank you for taking this journey with me. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined making so much progress in such a short amount of time. You continually inspire me to be my best. You don’t let me forget how great I am. And your insight and wisdom help me to see a whole new perspective. My horizons have been broadened. I’m so proud to know you as I become even prouder of the woman I am. ~M.N., HR Partner, NYC, NY

Most beneficial was being able to talk through work situations that were complex. I often referred to our sessions as “therapy for work”. I learned through a cognitive rehearsal method how to handle difficult employees. You and I would script what needed to be said in certain situations so that I felt secure in the outcome and how the discussion would go. – - You helped me with concrete suggestions how to handle the problem of staff who had no boundaries.   You are respectful – I always felt that the discussions were respectful of people. You helped me meet people where they were and get the most out of them. You are insightful – I never realized that I had to “handle” my boss too! And you are direct – I appreciate direct feedback. You were direct but never hurtful in that directness. Our discussions and clarifications of who I was and who I wanted to become have had lasting effects on me. This was a complex and chaotic time for me. I feel that I was brought through a developmental stage in my career by you. ~M.M. Nurse Manager, Boston, MA
