It&#039;s important that we look at ourselves and why we do what we do. If it&#039;s happening TO US, then there are opportunities for us to extend boundaries. We might even consider why other people feel the need to take on our problems; are we relying on others too much? Do we not trust ourselves?
If we are doing it TO OTHERS, then we must learn to separate ourselves, focus on our own stuff, and give others permission to take responsibility for their own stuff. This will bring us more peace and increase the time we have for ourselves. Change is possible...
