How to Attract the Ideal Partner to Create an Amazing Relationship

What IS an amazing relationship?

Have you ever considered what you really want in your relationship? Even if you’re married, you can improve your relationship by taking some simple steps to create deeper connections and make your life happier.

The first step is to know what you want and dreaming about it, envisioning it is how to do that. Too often people just go with whatever guy will ask them out or whichever woman seems interested.

Without a plan, you get whatever you can get, which may not exactly be what you want. This is not the path to happiness! (It’s often the path to divorce!)

Most of us have had the experience of a BAD relationship. And too many of us had poor role models – parents who don’t get along, fighting and screaming in the home – I mean, how can we learn how to create an amazing relationship if we’ve never seen one and don’t know anyone who has one?

Many of us never even thought to ASK the question about what an amazing relationship is! 

A few years ago there was a wonderful movie produced called “The Secret.” In it they explained the magic of the Law of Attraction. Let’s discover this magic right now.

Imagine you are enjoying the most wonderful relationship – you think about the person all day long – can hardly focus on your work. You cannot wait until she calls. When he sends you a text that he is thinking of you, your heart skips a beat. You feel like a little school girl! When she looks up at you, you feel so proud and excited; you sit up straighter. You can’t believe you found someone who accepts you and loves you. You can be yourself with this person. She is your queen; he is your king. You do things together. You respect each other. It’s beyond your wildest dreams!

Ok, now back to earth. Wake up.

The first step in attracting your ideal partner is to envision it. Dream about the relationship – how wonderful it will be, how you will feel, the things you’ll be doing together, how you will relate, how you treat each other, how you’ll spend time together, even how the chores get done.

ONE WARNING: As you build this castle in the sky, DON’T get so excited that you move in! It’s a fantasy. And even when you DO find the right someone, this will not exist. You’ll need to create it… but we’ll get to that later.

This was the difficulty people had with the movie. It helped you to dream about it, but that’s all. And the fact is there is more that you need to do. The movie neglected to mention that in order for the Law of Attraction to work, you also need to ACT.

But as it is, visioning is the first step.

Write down this vision and continue to work on it daily or weekly. The more you can envision yourself in this relationship, the easier it will be for you to create it when you do finally find that Mr. or Mrs. Right.
