5. Couples Coaching Program
Creating Amazing Relationships is not easy. It requires focused and conscious effort to create a relationship that makes you feel great and in which you can be free to express the highest form of YOU. In this program, 10 areas are explored to help you create the relationship you desire.
6. Extreme Self Care
Taking care of yourself is necessary for being your best as you navigate through your relationships and your career. But we often don’t learn to take really good care of ourselves. We don’t bother. We don’t have the time. Stop making excuses! Take care of yourself and you will have more to give others. The purpose of this program is to guide you as you focus on yourself in order to strengthen your balance, wellness and quality of life. The key word in the program title is Extreme. Everyone has their own way of working this program, so please adapt it to meet your needs.
7. Job by Design Worksheet
This worksheet asks you to identify what you want in your ideal job. In order to take charge of the direction for your career, you need to be clear about what you want, the benefits you need, where you want to work, how much you want to work, what you want to be learning, and what you want to be responsible for. If work was Play-For-Pay, what would you be doing? How would you be playing? What would your playground look like? And who would you be playing with?
Please note: you may discover that what you really want is something you are not yet qualified for. You can then use what you’ve learned about yourself to find a job that will help you bridge the gap so you can develop the skills you need in order to succeed.
8. NeedLess Program
If you are coming from a place of neediness, then your needs are driving you in ways that may not be creating great results for you. Work through this assessment to identify your needy areas and learn to take responsibility for getting your needs met.
9. Personal Foundation
This is a self-paced personal development program for the individual who wants more in life and understands the value of investing in one’s self by strengthening what we call one’s Personal Foundation. Without a strong foundation, a building will crumble. So it is with people; if you don’t have a strong foundation, you will struggle in all areas of your life and may not understand why. 10. What Am I Tolerating
This is my favorite program and one I use with every client. What you tolerate holds you back, keeps you from moving forward, and depletes your energy. To improve your life, start by identifying and eliminating anything and everything that is not excellent and does not bring you joy. When you say no to what doesn’t work, you create the space to say yes to those things that you love and enjoy. As long as you are willing to put up with negative and substandard stuff, people, and things, well, you’ll keep having to put up with it!
